What area do you service?
We do not deliver, all of our items that are avaiable to rent we need to be picked up and dropped off by you on the agreed upon dates and times. Therefore, any area within reasonable driving distance.
Do you offer delivery?
As mentioned in the above question, we do not deliver. Our business is strictly the customer picking up the items and dropping them off at the agreed upon date and time.
When will I receive my rental?
All rentals are based on a 24-hour time block. We also understand that not every event is the same. We will do our best to work with you and arrange a convenient time to accommodate your specific needs if it doesn't fall within our normal delivery hours.
Oh no! I broke it!
Hey, accidents happen. However, all rental items are your responsibility from the time of delivery/will-call to pick-up/drop-off the next day. Upon delivery, our staff will do a walk through of all rented pieces. If items show damage or an order item is missing, our staff must be notified on site, prior to their departure or the items are considered received and in good condition. Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, so we ask that you ensure they are cared for at all times and protected from the elements. We do charge for damaged, stained or missing items. Fees for broken or unreturned items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are charged to the credit card on file. While we will always strive to clean/fix damaged items, unsalvageable items that need to be removed from inventory will be assessed at 4 times their rental rate to cover replacement cost.
What is your policy for booking and payment?
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) is due along with a signed agreement in order to hold any pieces. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event date. On short notice orders (less than 15 days), full payment is due upfront.
How can I check pricing and availability?
From the rental inventory page, you can see the daily rental rate listed. Simply add the items your interested in to a Wishlist and send it our way! We'll get back to you within 48 hours with availability and a customized quote.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, we have a $20 base order minimum (excluding taxes + fees)
Can I change my order once I've signed the rental agreement?
Sure! You can always add pieces to your reservation as long as they are still available. (And our inventory is ever-expanding!) If you have a change of heart and decide on a different piece all together, please note your substitutions must be of equal or greater value to those items already in your contract. No substitutions shall be granted within 15 days of service.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
Things happen, plans change, we get it! When you reserve one of our pieces, we take it off the shelf and put it aside for you and only you. As a result, once a payment has been submitted it is non-refundable. However, we would be happy to give you a credit towards a future rental (within one calendar year of cancellation) if circumstances change causing you to cancel. Credits for cancellations within 15 days of service are not granted.

Send us your inspiration photos or your Pinterest board and we’ll let you know if we have something in inventory that is not yet online (we shop faster than we can photograph!)

RENTAL RATES
Since our inventory is filled with unique items, formerly loved pieces & custom creations our pricing varies by piece, and are available as shown for a daily rental fee as posted in our rental inventory. Please note: Delivery orders are subject to a $20 minimum rental order. Will Call orders are subject to a $20 minimum rental order, however, not all of our items are available for Will Call.

PROTECTION FEE
We know that our items sometimes get a little too much love, so a mandatory non-refundable 10% protection fee on the rental rates of your items is added to every order. This fee covers normal wear & tear on our pieces, but does not cover gross negligence – our pieces left out in the elements, children playing with markers, etc.
